LEAD PASTOR

Rob has served in ministry for over 30 years and provides visionary leadership while exercising spiritual oversight along with the elders of FCC. Rob has a heart for people and wants to help them take next steps with Jesus. He and his wife, Carol, have two married sons.

CARE & CONNECTION DIRECTOR

Shelli wants people to experience the love of Christ through connection with others in the Church. Her focus is ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors is welcomed, cared for, and doing life together with a group. Shelli and her husband, Greg, have six adult children.

FAMILY PASTOR

Matt oversees ministry for kids and their families from birth through high school. He is passionate about equipping parents to be the primary disciplers of their kids. Matt and his wife, Mackenna, have five children.

KIDS MINISTRY DIRECTOR

Emma leads the FCCkids team and facilitates Sunday morning programming. She wants the world to know that kids are not just the future of the Church, they are the Church now. She has a heart for teaching kids to see the Bible as one big story that points to a relationship with Jesus.

Tish’s goal is to produce and deliver accurate reporting to the various groups to assist them in making good financial decisions for the growth of the church. Tish and her husband, Rick, have two adult daughters and four grandchildren.
